These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to suparank.com (the “Site”) and to the videos, charts and other content published by Suparank (“we”, “us”) on the Site and on our channels on YouTube and other platforms (together, the “Content”). By using the Site or the Content you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What we publish
Suparank turns public datasets into animated rankings and charts. The Content is for general information and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, legal, military or other professional advice.
Accuracy of data
We build every chart from the sources named in its description and try to present them faithfully. Historical figures are often estimates; we convert currencies and adjust for inflation so that years can be compared, and we explain these choices in each video’s notes. Even so, data can contain errors, gaps or revisions by the original publisher. The Content is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. If you find a mistake, please tell us and we will look into it.
Intellectual property
The videos, chart designs, animations, artwork, narration scripts and text we create are owned by Suparank and protected by copyright. The underlying data belongs to its original publishers and is used under their terms. Company names, logos and flags shown in charts belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them; their appearance does not mean any endorsement.
How you may use the Content
You are welcome to watch the Content, share links to it, and embed our YouTube videos using YouTube’s own embed tools. You may quote short parts for commentary, criticism, news or teaching with credit to “Suparank” and a link to the source.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- re-upload, re-edit or redistribute our videos, in whole or in large part;
- remove or hide our name or watermark;
- use the Content in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product; or
- use the Content for any unlawful purpose.
Comments and messages
If you post a comment or send us a message, you are responsible for what you write. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove comments at our discretion. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display your comment on the Site.
Third-party platforms and links
Our videos are hosted on YouTube and other platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The Site may link to websites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the Content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and Suparank is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or the Content. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.
