This Privacy Policy explains what information Suparank (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit suparank.com (the “Site”) or watch our videos, how we use it, and the choices you have. Suparank makes data-driven ranking videos (“chart races”) for YouTube and other platforms.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us or leave a comment, we receive what you send: your name, email address and message. Comments also record your IP address and browser user-agent string to help detect spam.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time). We also use cookies and similar technologies through the third-party services described below.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive personal information.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, for example which pages are popular. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site and approximate location, and reports it to us in aggregate. The Site shows ads served by Google AdSense.

Our posts embed videos from YouTube. Embedded videos behave as if you visited YouTube directly: YouTube may set cookies, collect data and track your interaction with the video. This is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

YouTube API Services
Suparank uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, captions and thumbnails to its own YouTube channel and to schedule when they are published, and to read public channel and video statistics. These tools are used only by Suparank to manage Suparank’s own channel. They do not access, collect, store or share any information about viewers or other YouTube users.
By watching our videos on YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data on YouTube is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke third-party access to a Google account at Google security settings.
How we use information
- To run, secure and improve the Site and our videos.
- To reply to messages and moderate comments.
- To show advertising that keeps the Site free.
- To comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that run the Site (web hosting, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, YouTube) as described above, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and comments for as long as needed to answer them or keep the discussion online. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics (no longer than 14 months). Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, California law or Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. They are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards.
